Saying Yes to the Dress....

It's true. You do get that feeling when you find THE DRESS!!!!
OMG! It's AMAZING!!!!

No worries this isn't my dress!! LOL Just one I tried on and adored. But it isn't MY DRESS!!

Ok. Let's back up. Since I left you I was extremely busy. Ummm, It's still true. It has been a crazy week. Each day I wanted to write, something else would come up. I could not even breathe. Work was crazy only because it was year end. In my professional life I am Payroll Coordinator. I am one of three individuals process payroll for over 1000 employees in several different states. With Christmas and New Years and my Baby's birthday. I am amazed I survived.

One of these busy days I ran into my Bridal Dress Consultant. She told me to come in. I had obviously lost a  great deal of weight. She didn't even recognize me. We talk and she told me to come in. Now that I had lost the weight the dress I purchased in June 2012 may not be the same dress.

After the first of the year I made my appointment for January 12 at 12 noon. I knew I had to get my dress from my Mom. Without all the grief I didn't want to tell her the real reason I had to make an appointment. I really wanted to make this decision on my own. The last time we went together, I didn't get any help from my mom or my sister. I wanted to do this alone. I needed a clear head.

I've accomplished so much these few weeks. We met with the Photographer taking the Groom's Photos. I've began purchasing the thing we need for the wedding. The guest list is pretty much finalized and now I must move this question mark off the section where it says: Wedding Dress.

This time the experience was truly amazing. I met a few other Brides and helped them pick out some dresses. They also helped me out too. It was soo great. I didn't even mind that I had been there for hours trying on dress after dress. But I really only tried on 3. I actually saw my dress on another Bride. So I asked to try it on. The first dress above was still big, but it was a great look.

The second dress.... (below)  was nice, but I didn't like the shape as much. It had a very soft look. Nice detail, but I still wanted something with a little more bling.

But the THIRD DRESS, My Dress. Is a combination of my old dress and my new dress.

I am in LOVE with MY DRESS.
Yeah it maybe discontinued also, but you know what I can't wait to buy another dress in two months. That would never work.

But ladies it is sooo true. You know it's your dress. You fall in love with it the minute you see yourself in it. I thought it was a lot of dress, but it is actually everything I wanted. EVERYTHING. So if you ever feel like your not happy don't stop. Search for what you want and get it.

I have to say, losing the weight was the best thing I could have done. I know I am not done yet and I know I am going to have to do alterations and it's going to cost me a little more than I wanted it to, but it's totally worth it. On our day I am going to look awesome!!!

I CAN'T WAIT!!!!

Sweet Talk & Love

P.S. If you wanna see my new dress your just going to have to wait!!! LOL
