Yesterday Was A Good Day....

I was just sitting here thinking when was the last time I wrote a blog. Then it hit me... September 15! OMG that was such a long time ago. I know you've been checking back to see if I have anything else to say in the last couple of months.  It's been crazy, but we have some cool things to share. We're not going to share all at once, we're going to keep you guessing! For now I will just get you caught up on the little things..... LOL

We've had some good days. September we were able to fund a major part of our Honeymoon/Anniversary for 2014. Thanks to a very generous gift and my Hubby.  In 5 months we'll be heading to Maui! SO EXCITING! 

But before that we're going to go on our second Mini-Moon. We're headed to San Francisco for LeVell's Bday (12/29). We are going to take our 2nd road trip up the coast of California. We both can't wait. Friday, December 28th can not get here soon enough! It's been a long time since both of us have been to SF. So I am sure it will be fun for us. 

It's true you don't have to leave California to have a good time. You just have to get out there and take the time to enjoy what Cali has to offer. Just yesterday we cashed in one of one of our many wedding Gifts. A day at Disney's California Adventure and Disneyland Parks. 

Boy Oh Boy! We had no idea what we were getting ourselves into. We spent most of the morning at California Adventure. We had such a blast we didn't want to leave. My Hubby even bought me a pair of Minnie Ears. After a couple of rides we decided to head back to the house, change cloths for the evening, get some food and head back. We thought we were going to spend some time in Disneyland. And we did, but it was crowded, Space Mountain was closed and we just weren't feeling it. Space Mountain, so disappointing.. need I say more. So we headed back to California Adventure to spend the rest of our time there. It was so worth it. We had a great time. With all that we've endured over the last 5 month and trust me it's been a lot... yesterday was a good day.

I can not tell you all the fun we had. It would make for a long boring blog, but not having to pay to get into the parks. I know that made one of the top reasons why it was so enjoyable. We may never go back to the parks again, but what I do know is we willl have one last good memory of them both.  Here are a few...

We may not have a lot, but we have each other and every day we are going to make the best memories possible. We love each other a great deal and we love sharing our love with others. It's the only way love goes around. Life is sooo short to worry about what other do or can not do for you. How about we do something for ourselves for once. This was a gift, but if we didn't take to time out of our crazy life to enjoy it we would have missed out. 

I've been soo busy with life lately. Work has been crazy. It's even been unbearable at times. On top of that I am taking classes to prepare me to pass the CPP (Certified Payroll Certification) in April 2014. I even have to schedule a blood test to test for diabetes. I am fearful it's back because of the few pounds I've put on since the wedding and the struggles of getting back to walking. I have been over the place. I've even mixed up days and special dates. Even yesterday, I don't know how in the world I did it, but I did and didn't realize it until I saw a picture on Facebook of the festivities. I felt horrible. I was kind hard on myself, but I had to move on. At that point I had to say a prayer, get my barrings back and went back to having fun with my Hubby. 

My point, life doesn't stop change, but everything always works out in the end. This is all new and strange to both of us. Enduring change is not easy, but it's important to have fun and have good days.
