Almost There.....

Well... I haven't been on much because I've been preoccupied with my latest missions. What you ask? I will share with you....

You all know LeVell and I are going on our official Honeymoon next month, that just happens to be on our One Year Anniversary #HoneymoonAnniversary ! We are totally excited. We have been planning and plotting for the last 10 months on how to get to Maui!! We've officially secured our plane tickets, the one bedroom condo with an Ocean View and the rental car. Now we are working on our activities for the week. There will be Zip-lining, Luau's and other adventures. We have to get those all scheduled before we leave for Maui.

We have packing to figure out. We are traveling light. Each of us with two carry-ons. That's right! We are not checking our luggage. We both have a 22" bag to put in the over head compartment and one bag to put under the seat. So there are outfits to figure out and traveling clothes.. Yeah, there is a lot more work to be done. God help us.

But before we do that, after 5 years I am taking the Certified Payroll Professional Exam (aka CPP) again tomorrow. I took it twice 5 years ago. I think there was so much going on and I think I just wasn't ready. $800 later and the money I wasted on taking the course at Chapman University... I was not a happy camper. Each test I was sooo close. The first 4 points, the second 6! How could I. Oh, well.. the past is done with. I can't go back and change it. All I can do now is move forward and complete it. I am not doing it for anyone purpose. I am doing this for ME!!

I have been sooo anxious these last few weeks. Thinking about the what ifs! OH GOD!! You want to talk about talking yourself into failure, just do that!! Stop thinking about the WHAT IFS!
I am confident! I am secure! I can do this!!! God has everything under control.

I think about all the things my Husband and I have accomplished. We paid 75% of our wedding day. 18 months of planning, but we did it. Rings and all.

Maui... 100% US!!! Did our leg work and pushed the bank account a little, but we got it done. That's pretty BAD ASS if you ask me.

No we don't have it all, but when we put our mind to it and GOD is involved... Things Happen. God doesn't make mistakes. He makes us work for it. Challenges us to push further and harder. We can't give up on our dreams. The harder we push at them, the more appreciative we are when we complete them.

I am not going to lie, tomorrow is a BIG DAY for me. I have been very quiet about it. But this time tomorrow when I walk out of that exam room... I will be A CPP!! God's got everything under control. I must believe it.

Believe in your dreams. Reach for your dreams. Get married to your dreams!!!
We all can do it.

 Big thanks to my Hubby, who's been hella supportive. I am so thankful for God placing such a wonderful man in my life that makes me laugh every single day...
