Hey There.....
I haven't forgotten to log my info for the last 3 days or 4. It's just been a bit crazy on my end. But I promise I have some stuff to share.
Tonight I will get my butt in front of the computer, laptop or tablet and let you in on what's been happening.

With that in mind, I grab the frozen Alaskan Sockeye Wild Caught Salmon, olive oil, the Original Mrs. Dash salt free and the skillet. After 20 minutes pan searing it, I cut it up and threw it on top of some kale, shaved brussel sprout and radicchio to create a salad. Then I whipped up some Lemon Garlic Vinaigrette dressing. Tossed it on the salad just enough for it to coat it. I was pretty surprised. It was really really good.
