Each day is a new day and I am thankful for it.
Day 1 wasn't too bad. I had a moment when I crashed a bit. But I hung in there and made it through.
I know you're asking, What Challenge is she doing? It is called The 30 day Green Smoothie Challenge by JJ Smith. Since I am part of the VIP Group on Facebook (Healthy Is the New Black) I was able to get in on the new book.
The challenge is to teach you how to eat cleaner, get moving, balance those emotions and lose weight. The 10 day Green Smoothie cleanse was a lot harder than this one. This challenge allows you to eat!
Well I've logged my water and walked my steps. Now it's time to settle down and get some reset. Day 2 is going to be epic! LOL
